Menopause symptoms

Many women in perimenopause and menopause feel depressed and irritable. If you are one of those women who is particularly sensitive to hormone changes, or if you have suffered many losses or life changes in recent months you could be at risk for menopause depression. Things become more complicated when we contemplate the effects of hormones and other body chemicals on each individual woman. But for women who have symptoms of depression but aren’t clinically depressed, a natural approach can provide them with the help they need.
Menopause causes many fluctuations in hormones, which can cause depression as this is a mood disorder that links to hormonal changes. Except in the case of ovarian disease or surgical removal of the ovaries, menopause is the natural cessation of menses and the end of a woman’s reproductive years.
